Permanent eyeliner deposits pigment along the lash line to create the appearance of fuller, more defined eyes. Available in lash enhancement (subtle) or classic liner (more defined) styles.

This method is effective on PMU (brows only) and ALL body tattoos by using microdermabrasion in a specific pattern.  Multiple sessions are typically required.
