I helped start Suede Strokes because I believe permanent makeup should feel like an extension of who you already are — not a mask, not a trend. Every client who sits in my chair deserves artistry that's thoughtful, precise, and built to last.
With years of experience in permanent makeup and more recently non-laser tattoo removal, I've had the privilege of working with clients at every stage of their journey — from first-time PMU to complex corrections and removal.
My approach is slow and intentional. Before I ever pick up a tool, we talk. I want to understand your lifestyle, your features, and what you're hoping to feel when you look in the mirror. That conversation shapes everything.

Taken several courses on how to choose the correct color as well as how to color correct, for all skin types

I wanted to learn Permanent Makeup so that I could improve the quality of my work life — little did I know how much it would change everything.
I was trained under Mandy Stewart - our Master Artist - and started off with brows. I quickly fell in love with PMU and moved on to lips and eyeliner
My name is Linda Black and I'm a mother, a business owner but first, I'm a woman! I've never considered myself to be a creative person, but when I started tattooing, I felt alive and I continue to feel that way with every client.
I enjoy watching people change their perspective on their looks and watch them fall in love with who they see in the mirror! There is not a better feeling in the world!

Submit a booking request with your service of interest. I'll follow up within 24 hours to confirm and answer any questions.
Consultation
Every first appointment begins with a thorough consultation — we'll discuss your goals, assess your skin, and design your treatment together.
The appointment
For PMU -arrive with a clean face and no makeup on the treatment area. Plan for 2–3 hours for most PMU services. For inkOUT - arrive with the area easily accessible and ready to treat.
Healing & follow-up
You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions. A 6-week touch-up is included with all PMU services to perfect the healed result.
